Description
In this issue of Videofashion Collections, following the departure of Raf Simons, Dior studio directors Serge Ruffieux and Lucie Meier update the Bar jacket and other classic house silhouettes with a fresh, youthful feel for Fall 2016. For his debut collection at Balenciaga, designer Demna Gvasalia infuses the iconic silhouettes of the house with the street-wise essence for which he is quickly becoming known. At Issey Miyake, designer Yoshiyuki Miyamae ventures into the great beyond with a galactic twist on his technologically advanced fabrications. Plus, a family portrait of the last Emperor of Russia inspires Andrew Gn’s opulent Fall 2016 runway.
